Passion Fruit-Mango Smoothie
- 2 ripe passion fruits (See Cook's Note)
- 1/2 small ripe mango, cut into chunks
- 1/3 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch kosher salt
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop the seeded flesh into a blender.
- Add the mango, yogurt, orange juice, vanilla, a pinch of salt and 4 ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth; you'll still be able to see the broken up seeds.
- Drink right away.
