R'Cobbler
- 1 grapefruit twist
- 1 sugar cube
- 1/2 ounce Campari
- 2 ounces reposado tequila
- 1/2 ounce Punt e Mes (spicy sweet vermouth)
- 1/2 ounce Carpano Antica Formula or other sweet vermouth
- Dash of mole bitters
- Crushed ice
- 1 orange twist, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapefruit twist and sugar cube with the Campari.
- Add the tequila, both vermouths and the bitters and shake well.
- Pour into a double rocks glass, add crushed ice and garnish with the orange twist.
