Dungeness Crab Ceviche

  1. Combine the first seven ingredients (tomatoes through salt) in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Remove bowl from the refrigerator.
  5. Gently mix in the cilantro and avocado.
  6. Serve with chips or in tortillas as tacos.
