Dungeness Crab Ceviche
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Seeded
- 1/2 cups Finely Diced Red Onion
- 1 whole Serrano Pepper, Seeded And Diced
- 8 ounces, weight Fully Cooked Dungeness Crab Meat, Picked Over For Shells
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
- Combine the first seven ingredients (tomatoes through salt) in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Remove bowl from the refrigerator.
- Gently mix in the cilantro and avocado.
- Serve with chips or in tortillas as tacos.
