Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Beat the cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth.
  2. Combine it with drained fruits.
  3. Whip the cream in chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Blend in powdered sugar to taste.
  5. Fold fruit mixture into whipped cream.
  6. Pour and smooth into a 9 x 13-inch freezer-proof pan.
  7. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve with garnish.
