Italian Sausage-Escarole Stuffing

  1. Brown sausage in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, stirring occasionally; drain.
  2. Return to skillet; add escarole and garlic.
  3. Cook and stir until escarole softens, about 2 min.
  4. Remove sausage mixture from skillet; set aside.
  5. Use same skillet to prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.
  6. Stir in sausage, escarole and nuts.
