Dutch Oven Short Ribs Recipe

  1. Salt and pepper ribs; brown in 2 Tbsp.
  2. warm fat.
  3. Add in all remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer till done.
  5. Skim off excess fat.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or possibly noodles.
