Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Parboil peppers for a few minutes.
  2. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes and toast.
  3. Saute onion and celery in butter 2 minutes.
  4. Add beef and saute, stirring, until done.
  5. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and add it and the tomato juice to meat mixture.
  6. Heat thoroughly.
  7. Fold in bread cubes.
  8. Fill peppers with hot mixture. Top with buttered crumbs.
  9. Bake in greased shallow dish in 350u0b0 oven for 15 minutes, then in 400u0b0 oven for 5 to 10 minutes to brown top.
  10. Serve hot.
