Jalapeno Burgers
- 1 lb best ground beef available
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, chopped
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- 2 ripe tomato, sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- Combine all the burger ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form burgers.
- Heat a cast iron griddle pan.
- Griddle for 4-5 minutes each side.
- Serve simply, with avocado and tomato.
