Cranberry Meatloaf

  1. In bowl, combine egg, milk, stuffing mix, onion, parsley salt and pepper.
  2. Add ground meats; mix well.
  3. Divide mixture in half.
  4. Shape each half into a loaf and place in loaf pans.
  5. Bake, uncovered, in a 350F oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Drain off excess fat.
  7. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and ketchup; heat through.
  8. Spoon some of the sauce over loaves.
  9. Bake 15 minutes more.
  10. Reheat remaining sauce and serve with meat loaf.
