Potato Cake

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time beating well.
  3. Blend in potatoes and vanilla.
  4. Mix flourcocoa and baking soda and alternately add with milk blending well.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  7. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes or until cake tests done.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
  9. Frost with your favorite icing.
