Curry Flavored Pork Fillets
- 300 grams Pork filet
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Plain flour
- 1/2 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Cabbage
- Cut the pork fillets into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
- Combine the all-purpose flour and curry powder and coat the pork with it.
- Pan-fry both sides of the pork and move them onto a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the seasonings and bring it to a boil.
- Return the pork and coat quickly.
- Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage while they are still hot and enjoy.
