Curry Flavored Pork Fillets

  1. Cut the pork fillets into bite-sized pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour and curry powder and coat the pork with it.
  3. Pan-fry both sides of the pork and move them onto a plate.
  4. In the same skillet, add the seasonings and bring it to a boil.
  5. Return the pork and coat quickly.
  6. Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage while they are still hot and enjoy.
