Grilled Chicken and Green Bean Salad

  1. Squeeze juice from 1 orange.
  2. Mix with 2 Tbsp.
  3. dressing and 1/8 tsp.
  4. crushed pepper in shallow dish until blended.
  5. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  6. Refrigerate 30 min.
  7. to marinate.
  8. Meanwhile, place beans in large microwaveable bowl.
  9. Add water; cover with waxed paper.
  10. Microwave on HIGH 5 min.
  11. or until beans are crisp-tender; drain.
  12. Rinse under cold water until cooled; drain.
  13. Combine beans, peppers, tomatoes, onions, remaining crushed pepper and remaining dressing in large bowl.
  14. Section remaining oranges.
  15. Add to bean mixture; mix lightly.
  16. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  17. Heat grill to medium heat.
  18. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  19. Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
  20. on each side or until done (165F).
  21. Cut chicken into strips.
  22. Spoon bean mixture onto platter; top with chicken.
  23. Sprinkle with cheese.
