Broccoli Salad Squares
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. white or cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. red onion, thinly sliced and quartered
- 1/4 c. golden raisins (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seed - kernels
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Unroll crescent role dough; do not separate.
- Roll out dough onto a rectangle stone or cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; set aside. Chop broccoli and bacon.
- Cut onion into thin slices, then quarter slices.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture over top of crust.
- Cut into square pieces then top with ingredients.
- Sprinkle with broccoli, bacon, onion, raisins and sunflower seed kernels.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to one hour.
