Avocado w/ olive juice
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 tsp Juice from your favorite Olive jar
- 2 large olives( I used mammoth stuffed Queen olives )
- 2 pinch Himalayan rock salt
- 2 pinch Fresh ground pepper to taste
- Cut avocado around the pit .
- Twist and remove pit
- With a paring knife cut several slits across avocado.
- Carefully, Not cutting through the skin
- Drizzle olive juice 1 teaspoon each over avocado
- Garnish with two large olives in the whole where Pitt was
- Season with Himalayan rock salt and fresh cracked pepper
