  1. Cut avocado around the pit .
  2. Twist and remove pit
  3. With a paring knife cut several slits across avocado.
  4. Carefully, Not cutting through the skin
  5. Drizzle olive juice 1 teaspoon each over avocado
  6. Garnish with two large olives in the whole where Pitt was
  7. Season with Himalayan rock salt and fresh cracked pepper
