Egg Cream

• 3 tbsp chocolate syrup (Fox's U-Bet chocolate flavor syrup is recommended if you can find it, but I couldn't so I used Hershey)
• 1/4 cup milk or half and half
• 1 Ice cold club soda or seltzer water

1. Pour chocolate syrup and milk or half and half into a 16 ounce glass.
2. While beating vigorously with a fork, slowly add club soda or seltzer water until the glass is almost full.
3. Add a straw and serve very cold.
