Egg Cream
- 3 tbsp chocolate syrup (Fox's U-Bet chocolate flavor syrup is recommended if you can find it, but I couldn't so I used Hershey)
- 1/4 cup milk or half and half
- 1 Ice cold club soda or seltzer water
- Pour chocolate syrup and milk or half and half into a 16 ounce glass.
- While beating vigorously with a fork, slowly add club soda or seltzer water until the glass is almost full.
- Add a straw and serve very cold.
