Asparagus With Orange, Ginger And Sesame Oil Recipe

  1. Trim the bottoms of the asparagus stalks and cut the stalks into bite-sized pcs.
  2. In a dry frypan, toast the sesame seeds over medium heat till golden.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In the same frypan, heat the oil over medium-high heat and add in the ginger.
  5. Cook for 1 minute, then add in the asparagus and salt.
  6. Toss and add in the orange zest and juice.
  7. Reduce the heat to medium, cover and let cook for 3-4 min.
  8. Drizzle with sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds and serve.
