Sarah's Fried Rice
- sesame oil
- olive oil
- 2 cups rice, Cooked
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 34 cup corn
- 1 small onion
- 1 bell pepper (red or orange)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- chicken breasts, pork (optional) or shrimp (optional)
- Cook rice as directed, adding beef boullion to water.
- In Wok, heat oil, cook meat.
- Set aside.
- Cook carrots, corn, onion, bell pepper, and eggs.
- Add meat to wok.
- Add rice to wok, stir, and heat until warm.
