Sesame Broccoli

  1. In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the sesame seeds for 1 minute, or until beginning to brown, stirring constantly with a long-handled spoon (be carefulsesame seeds will spit).
  3. Add the broccoli.
  4. Increase the heat to high.
  5. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until the broccoli turns bright green, stirring constantly.
  6. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  7. Reduce the heat to medium.
  8. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is the desired tenderness.
