Presbyterian

• 2 or 3 ounces bourbon
• 2 ounces chilled ginger ale
• 2 ounces chilled club soda
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Twist lemon peel

1. Combine all ingredients except the peel in a 10-ounce highball glass and stir gently.
2. Twist lemon peel over the drink to release the oil, then drop it in.
