Shamefully Easy Shrimp Fettucine
- 1 pound Peeled Shrimp Or 1 Package Frozen Tony Chachere's Shrimp Thawed
- 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onions
- 1 container (6 Oz. Container) Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning
- 2 packages (4.5 Oz. Package) Lipton Alfredo Noodles
- 2- 1/4 cups Water
- 1 cup Milk
- In a saute pan, saute mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and green onions; continue to cook till shrimp are done.
- Remove from heat, add garlic powder and creole seasoning.
- In a sauce pan, bring water, milk and contents of Lipton Alfredo Noodle packets to boil.
- Stir in the shrimp and mushroom mixture and simmer uncovered til pasta is tender (about 4-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes so sauce will thicken.
- Serve with salad, a steamed veggie and garlic bread.

- You can thaw frozen shrimp quickly by placing them in a colander under running cold water.
- You can also use canned mushrooms.
- You can also substitute shrimp for crawfish tails.
