Chicken Salad Dip
- 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, chopped
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell peppers
- 2 Tbsp. fat-free milk
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
- thin wheat snack crackers
- Mix chicken, mayo, celery, red bell pepper, milk, mustard and ground red pepper in bowl.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve as a dip with crackers.
