Easy Lemon Bars Recipe

• 1 lemon pudding cake mix
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. oil
• 8 ounce. cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 Large eggs

1. Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil till crumbly.
2. Reserve 1 c.. Pat remaining in 9 x 13 ungreased pan.
3. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees.
4. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg till smooth.
5. Spread over baked layer.
6. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and bake 15 min.
7. Cold.
