Orange Minted Yogurt Sauce for Lamb Kaftas

• 1 cup plain yogurt
• 12 cup cucumber (seeded and peeled)
• 14 cup of fresh mint
• 1 tablespoon orange blossom water

1. Mix yogurt, cucumber, mint and rose water in a food processor until smooth.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
