Sally's Potatoes 'N Carrots Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine potatoes and onion in buttered 9"x13" dish.
  3. Add in carrots.
  4. Blend soup, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over vegetables.
  6. Cover and bake 1 hour.
  7. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Serves 8.
