Irvixen's Zipededooda Ribs (crock pot)
- 2 cup White vinegar
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Brown sugar
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 clove Garlic, minced (1 tsp)
- 2 tsp Dry mustard
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 lb Boneless country style ribs
- 2 large Onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Brown ribs on all sides in oil.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in slow cooker.
- Add onion and ribs.
- Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.
