jilabi

  1. in boil add flour , corn starch , yogurt , baking powder , oil mix will , add water make soft smooth dough .
  2. keep it in a warm place about 30 min .
  3. in a saucepan add sugar and water stir and cook about 10 to 15 min .
  4. put dough in an empty plastic ketchup bottle .
  5. add oil in a saucepan to medium high heat .
  6. and fry jilabi and take jilabi out of oil and put to the sugar water for a few seconds to absorb the sweetness for better taste , take jilabi out of suger water and put jilabi in a tray for serve.
