jilabi
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 cup oil for fry
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- in boil add flour , corn starch , yogurt , baking powder , oil mix will , add water make soft smooth dough .
- keep it in a warm place about 30 min .
- in a saucepan add sugar and water stir and cook about 10 to 15 min .
- put dough in an empty plastic ketchup bottle .
- add oil in a saucepan to medium high heat .
- and fry jilabi and take jilabi out of oil and put to the sugar water for a few seconds to absorb the sweetness for better taste , take jilabi out of suger water and put jilabi in a tray for serve.
