Spinach Salad With Pesto Dressing

• 2 lbs fresh spinach, washed
• 1 lb fresh kale, washed
• 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
• 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 small red onion, diced
• 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
• 1 12 cups prepared pesto sauce

1. Mix everything but pesto in a salad bowl.
2. top with pesto.
