Perfect Chavela

  1. Put handful of ice in tall glass
  2. Pour beer over ice
  3. Add chardonnay and clamato
  4. Cut lemon in half so you have 2 quarters of a full lemon.
  5. Squeeze one into glass.
  6. Stir.
  7. Add salt.
  8. Be careful to not use too much or beer will fizz up.
  9. Top with tajin and garnish with lemon
