Chunky Chocolate Nut Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
  3. Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Blend in eggs and vanilla.
  5. Add flour mixture; beat on low speed until well blended.
  6. Stir in chocolate, walnuts and coconut.
  7. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough, 3 inches apart, onto lightly greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  9. or until lightly browned around edges.
  10. Let stand on baking sheet 1 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  12. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
