Shrimp Mold

  1. Place the clam juice in a large bowl.
  2. Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add the shrimp, cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, celery, Worcestershire sauce, and Insane Salt to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. To serve, turn the mold out onto a platter.
  6. Garnish with parsley and paprika.
  7. Serve with crackers.
