Homemade Mashed Potatoes Appetizer
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1-78 ounces, weight Old Bread Cubes
- 1-78 ounces, weight Smoked Salmon
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 ounces, weight Butter
- 1 whole Egg Yolk-Topping
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt To Taste
- 3-58 ounces, weight Mashed Potato
- 1/4 cups Milk
- Beat the egg until light and frothy.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Add bread cubes, smoked salmon, pepper, chili powder, onion, salt, and olive oil.
- Mix well.
- Put the mixture in a greased pan 4x3 inch.
- Add butter, egg yolk,salt and pepper to the leftover prepared mashed potatoes.
- Then gradually add the rest of the milk until you have a spreadable mixture.
- After that put potatoes mixture over the top of the bread mixture and spread it with a fork.
- Bake for about 25 minutes at 220C degrees or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
- Enjoy.
