Country Style Steak

  1. In an
  2. open
  3. pressure
  4. cooker,
  5. heat
  6. 1/2 cup of oil and quickly brown
  7. dredged
  8. pieces of steak on both sides until all pieces
  9. are browned; remove from pan.
  10. Drain remaining oil from pan and replace pieces of steak.
  11. Add enough water to cover and 2 bouillon
  12. cubes.
  13. Cover and bring to pressure.
  14. Pressure for 10 to 15
  15. minutes.
  16. Cool
  17. pot
  18. and open.
  19. Place pieces in dish leaving "gravy"
  20. in
  21. the
  22. pot.
  23. Return
  24. pot to heat and thicken gravy with 1/4 to 1/3 cup of cornstarch and water.
  25. Add a small amount of Kitchen Bouquet to make a dark rich gravy.
