Asian Beef with Baby Bok Choy

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet on high heat.
  2. Add bok choy, peppers, half the garlic and 1 tsp.
  3. ginger; stir-fry 1 min.
  4. Stir in broth; cover.
  5. Simmer 3 to 5 min.
  6. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
  8. Combine meat, dressing, soy sauce, and remaining garlic and ginger.
  9. Heat same skillet on high heat.
  10. Add meat mixture; stir-fry 3 to 4 min.
  11. or until meat is done.
  12. Spoon meat and sauce over vegetables.
