Easter Bunny Bread Recipe
- 1 pkg. warm roll mix
- 3/4 c. very warm water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 3-5 teaspoon lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 yeast packet
- Dissolve yeast packet in 3/4 c. warm water in a large bowl.
- Stir in sugar and egg.
- Add in roll mix.
- Mix well.
- Cover.
- Let rise in hot place for 40 min.
- Knead dough on lightly floured surface till smooth.
- Shape half of dough to look like a bunny.
- The other half, shape as bunny's ears.
- Bake on greased baking sheet for 35 min at 375 degrees.
- When cold blend confectioners' sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in small bowl.
- Decorate bread as desired.
