The Ball Park All American Beef Hot Dog
- 16 ounces, weight Beef Hot Dogs (8 In A Package, I Use "Ball Park" Brand)
- 8 whole Hot Dog Buns (lightly Toasted)
- 13 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Mustard
- 2 whole Onions, Finely Diced
- Set a grill or griddle pan on medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Add beef franks and grill 4 minutes each side.
- Lightly toast the hot dog buns.
- Put ketchup, mustard, and onions in separate bowls with small spoons for serving.
- With a set of tongs, grab a lightly toasted hot dog bun and a grilled all beef hot dog.
- Place on a paper plate, add the condiments (of your choice) and enjoy this all-American classic!
