Short Ribs In Beer Recipe
- 1. 3 lbs. beef short ribs, cut into 3 inch pcs
- 2. 1 can (12 ounce.) beer
- 3. 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 4. 1 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 5. 1 med. bay leaf
- 6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1.
- Place all ingredients in 5 qt casserole.
- Microwave, covered, at High (100%) for 5 min.
- 2.
- Reduce power to Medium (50%), microwave 25 min.
- Stir.
- Microwave, covered, at Medium (50%) till beef is tender, 25 to 35 min.
- Let stand 10 min.
- Makes 3 to 4 servings.
