Almond Relish (Badam Chutney) Recipe

  1. Soak the almonds in 175ml boiling water for 15 min.
  2. Put the almonds and the water along with the remaining ingredients, in a blender and blend till smooth.
  3. Transfer to a glass serving bowl and chill.
  4. Serve with pakoras, kababs etc.
