Mesclun With Oranges and Olives

  1. Place greens in a large salad bowl.
  2. For the dressing, combine the olive oil, orange juice and vinegar.
  3. Pour over greens and toss gently to mix.
  4. Divide mixture among salad plates.
  5. Top with onion rings, orange sections and olives.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
