Salmon Burgers
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can or 2 (7 1/2 or 7 3/4 oz. each) cans salmon
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. quick oats, uncooked
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Gulden's spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- oil
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- lettuce
- 4 tomato slices
- Drain salmon.
- Combine with egg, oats, onion, parsley, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Pan-fry in small amount of oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Spread Gulden's Salmon Burger Sauce on buns.
- Place lettuce, tomato and salmon patty on bottom half of each bun.
- Top with Salmon Burger Sauce and parsley on the top half of bun.
- Makes 4 servings.
