Slow-cooker Cajun Pork and Vegetables

  1. Place the pork in the bottom of the slow-cooker, cutting as needed to make it fit.
  2. Add all the vegetables.
  3. Top with the entire bottle of marinade, followed by the water.
  4. You should be able to see the liquid at the top of the pot.
  5. Put the lid on.
  6. Cook on HIGH for 6-8 hours, or until potato is done.
  7. Yum!
