Salmon Sashimi with Avocado Dip
- 1 fillet Salmon (sashimi grade)
- 1 ripen Avocado
- 1/4 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds (powdered)
- 1 dash Wasabi
- 1/4 lemon Squeezed lemon juice
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Cherry tomatoes, broccoli (for decoration, topping)
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- If you have time, marinate in onion, celery and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Soak the onions in water for a little bit, and squeeze out the excess water with a cloth.
- Finally, season with salt and pepper.
- There should be plenty, so feel free to have a taste.
- Put the seasoned salmon on a serving dish, and top with the avocado dip.
- Serve with some small broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes, and it's done.
