Salmon Sashimi with Avocado Dip

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. If you have time, marinate in onion, celery and olive oil.
  3. Mix the ingredients well.
  4. Soak the onions in water for a little bit, and squeeze out the excess water with a cloth.
  5. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
  6. There should be plenty, so feel free to have a taste.
  7. Put the seasoned salmon on a serving dish, and top with the avocado dip.
  8. Serve with some small broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes, and it's done.
