Broiled Tuna Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp margarine, reduced . calorie tub style
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Shallots, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 4 x Tuna, sea bass or possibly salmon . fillets, 3 to 4oz each
- 1/4 tsp Salt Black pepper, fresh grnd
- Suggested wine: Chardonnay

- Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Preheat broiler.
- 2.
- In small saucepan, combine margarine, lemon juice and oil; heat till margarine melts.
- Add in shallots and parsley; cook 2 minutes- utes.
- Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper.
- Press one side of tuna into shallot mix; place on prepared pan, coated side up.
- 3.
- Broil tuna 4" from heat, 2-3 min.
- Turn over and spread top proportionately with remaining shallot mix; broil 5 min longer, or possibly till fish is cooked through.
