Nacho Casserole
- 1 c. chunky taco sauce
- 1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. refried beans
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 c. Kellogg's Corn Flakes
- Combine taco sauce and chiles (set aside).
- In large frypan cook ground beef and onion until brown.
- Drain.
- Add cumin, beans, 1 cup cheese, 1/2 of taco sauce mixture and water.
- Pour 2 cups Corn Flakes into lightly greased 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish.
- Cover with meat mixture.
- Top with remaining taco sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle with remaining cereal.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, sour cream, chopped green onions and olives.
