Pasta al Tonno Recipe
- 300 g. canned tuna
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 300 g. canned plum tomatoes
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Rosemary
- Bayleaf
- Salt and pepper
- Chili pepper
- Peel and smash the garlic cloves.
- Heat a pan, add the olive oil, the garlic, chili pepper and the herbs; let it cook until garlic is golden color.
- Add the tuna fish and smash it with a fork; add the tomatoes and let it simmer for about 15 minutes adding some water if necessary.
