Cheesy Ham & Rice Bake
- 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 120 g deli sliced ham, chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
- Bake 20 min.
- Top with cheese; bake, uncovered, 10 min.
- or until rice is tender and cheese is melted.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before serving.
