Caesar Shrimp & Asparagus Pasta
- 4 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined King Sooper's 1 lb For $4.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 lb. thin fresh asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch lengths
- Zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add shrimp and asparagus; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice.
- Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
- Place pasta in large bowl.
- Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
- Gradually stir in reserved pasta water if desired until pasta mixture is of desired consistency.
- Top with cheese.
