Bojangle's Style Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1 level tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 level tbsp. baking pwdr
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking pwdr.
- Cut in shortening; mix till crumbly.
- Stir in buttermilk; mix well with fork.
- Turn dough onto floured board and knead till no longer sticky.
- Roll, cut out biscuits, and bake till brown at 425 degrees, about 10-15 min.
- Brush tops with melted butter before serving.
- 8 to 10 biscuits.
