No-Eggs Benedict

  1. Microwave links as directed on package; coarsely chop links.
  2. Mix mayo, yogurt and mustards in saucepan; cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  3. or just until warmed, stirring frequently.
  4. Cover muffin halves with tomatoes, link pieces, mayo mixture and parsley.
