Braised Endive

  1. Place all ingredients except vinegar and parsley in a large skillet.
  2. Remove cover, cook 2 minutes more until water evaporates.
  3. Continue cooking over medium heat 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in vinegar.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
