Corn Salad with Bacon

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 8 min.
  2. or until crisp.
  3. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to paper towels.
  4. Add onions to bacon fat in skillet; cook 10 to 12 min.
  5. or until onions start to brown, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add corn, stirring until heated through, about 3 min.
  7. Add dressing and red pepper flakes; stir until combined.
  8. Transfer to large serving bowl.
  9. Top with chives and bacon.
  10. Serve warm or cold.
